Christopher Martinez Suspended For Misconduct

SAN ANTONIO -- A San Antonio police officer has been placed on indefinite suspension after allegations of misconduct that include having sex in the back of his patrol car.
According to the San Antonio Express News, 35-year-old officer Christopher Martinez is accused of running personal errands, visiting friends and ignoring some calls while on duty.
The most serious of the allegations was that he had sex with a woman in the back of his patrol car while he was still on duty, the newspaper reported.
Martinez was suspended without pay on Feb. 12 and is appealing that suspension, the newspaper reported.
Martinez is the second officer to be suspended for allegations of sexual misconduct on the job this year.
