Clear Channel Communications Responds To Protesters
POSTED: Tuesday, January 27,
SAN ANTONIO -- Following is a written statement released by Clear Channel Communications in response to a protest held in front of its San Antonio offices on Tuesday by a group of people dressed in pirate costumes:
"This is a clear sign that diverse viewpoints are alive and well in San Antonio. We have a great system in this country that allows for free and open expression. We fully respect the rights of these protesters to speak their minds, so long as they do not interfere with the ability of our employees and visitors to enter the building and their actions do not harass the general public or create a public safety issue."
