SAN ANTONIO -- If you and your loved one would like to tie the knot on what's considered the most romantic day of the year, get ready to say "I Do" on the steps of the Bexar County Courthouse on Saturday.The Rev. Joe Sullivan of All Believers Church will be performing mass nuptials at 12:01 a.m., 10 a.m., 12 p.m., 2 p.m., 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Valentine's Day.Sullivan will also be hosting a ceremony at 8 p.m. Saturday for couples who want to renew their vows.The ceremonies are free but a valid marriage license is required for the ceremonies.
