Three suspects armed with guns are sought in connection with separate robberies across San Antonio late Thursday night.

The first armed robbery was reported around 9 p.m. in the 200 block of Tarasco at the Neighbor Mini Mart.

Two armed men demanded cash from an employee while a woman kept lookout, San Antonio police said.

One of the suspects was armed with a sawed off shotgun and the other was carrying a revolver, police said.

The suspects fled with an unknown amount of cash and no injuries were reported, police said.

Another robbery occurred around the same time at the Dollar General in the 2300 block of Northwest Military Highway right after the store closed, police said.

An employee noticed a man wandering around the store for about an hour, but told police after the man disappeared, she went to the back to put money in the safe.

The robber then appeared armed with a revolver and demanded the money from the safe, police said.

The suspect fled with $1,500 to $1,800. The employee was not injured. San Antonio police will review surveillance video from both stores to get a description of the suspects.
