SAN ANTONIO -

Three people were injured during a drive-by shooting Thursday night on the East side.

Police say there were several people standing outside of a tattoo shop and recording studio at East Drexel and South Hackberry when two vehicles came by around 10:20 p.m. and someone inside of each opened fire.

Two men were grazed by bullets, one in the back and one in the rear-end. A woman who was inside a nearby taco stand was shot in the leg, police said.

The two men were both treated at the scene. The woman was taken to Downtown Baptist Hospital for treatment.

Police say there were at least 15 shell casings at the scene, and witnesses tell them the cars made a U-turn and drove by a second time to fire more shots.

Witnesses only gave police a vague description of the vehicles and said they didn't know the motive. Police say the shots were fired from a maroon SUV and black four-door car.
