BROWNSVILLE, Texas (AP) — Investigators say two brothers and a juvenile have been arrested in the killing of a man abducted from a South Texas restaurant.

Brownsville police say the brothers were being held on murder charges and faced arraignment Thursday. Authorities say a 15-year-old boy was taken into custody Aug. 1 in Zapata.

Police have said they believe the July 18 midday kidnapping and shooting death of 22-year-old Reyes Bocanegra was drug related. His body was found about an hour later in his vehicle, located 10 miles north of Brownsville.

Police say the brothers were arrested Tuesday with help from federal law officers.

Two other suspects were arrested last week. Brownsville police say more arrests are expected.
