Three San Antonio suburbs are among the 10 most affordable in the country.
Schertz, Universal City, and Cibolo were among the 139 other suburbs mentioned around the largest cities in the U.S.
Universal City came in at No. 7, making it the smallest city on the list, but it has the highest property tax.
Schertz came in at No. 8 and is the largest in the top ten group and the most affordable when it comes to food and utilities.
"It's just a beautiful city and we would invite everyone to come and just look at our city," said Schertz resident, Grumpy Azzoz.
Cibolo came in at No. 10 and has the highest cost of living with the lower price on food and utilities.
Real estate blog Movoto took into account everything from cost of living, housing affordability and property tax rate to income and sales tax rates.
Midwest City, Okla., was named No. 1.
