3 school districts to vote on 'Pre-k 4 SA' participation

The Harlandale, Southwest and San Antonio Independent School Districts are expected to vote Tuesday evening on drafted agreements with the city detailing each party’s responsibilities should the districts take part in Mayor Julian Castro’s Pre-k 4 SA program.
