3 wounded in NE Side shooting; possibly gang related police say

Shooting reported at 4006 Sunrise Creek Drive

SAN ANTONIO – Three men were shot Monday afternoon at a home on the city's Northeast Side.

San Antonio police Chief William McManus said the victims were in "bad shape" and were transported to San Antonio Military Medical Center.

One of the men were found in the house and two others were found in the doorway.

McManus said the motive for the shooting around 2 p.m. at 4006 Sunrise Creek Drive was possibly gang-related.

He said officers are looking for two men who drove away in a small, black SUV.

Police have been to the home numerous times due to neighbors always seeing people "in and out of the house," McManus said.

In August, Anthony Harrison was fatally shot across the street from where Monday's shooting occurred.

The homeowner said he lives with his sister and mother, who were home at the time of the shooting but weren't hurt. The homeowner said he plans to relocate his mother due to the recent crime in the area.
