SAN ANTONIO -

Four people are in the hospital after an overnight accident.

This happened around 2:30 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Pecos La Trinidad and Martin street.

Police say a red Expedition was trying to catch a yellow light when a Jeep t-boned the SUV in the intersection.

That caused the Expedition to slam into a brick median.

Three people inside the Expedition had to be cut out of the vehicle.

They were transported to University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, along with the driver of the Jeep.

The driver of the Expedition was ticketed for not having a license or insurance.
