Summer is here and KSAT 12's Behind the Kitchen Door found some sizzling health inspection scores. A perfect score is zero demerits and four places recently fit the bill. They include: 

• The 54th Street Bar and Grill off Highway 281 near Stone Oak Parkway. 
  
• Chick-fil-A across from North Star Mall.
  
• Church's Fried Chicken off Interstate 37 at Goliad.
  
• Ruth's Chris Steak House at Sunset Station near the Alamodome.
