SAN ANTONIO -- A woman used bleach and a butcher knife to hold up a convenience store clerk Friday morning on the Northeast Side.
Police said the woman walked into a Diamond Shamrock store in the 4000 block of Perrin Central and acted if she was going to make it a purchase when she allegedly threw bleach into the clerk's face.
The clerk was then allegedly held at knifepoint and told to open the cash register.
The woman got away with an undetermined amount of money.
The clerk is expected to be OK.
