Mayor Phil Hardberger was out of town on Friday, but did release a statement about the NFL's decision to send the Saints back to New Orleans.Hardberger said he respects the decision."Our only goal was to prove to the NFL that San Antonio is a city that is ready for a team," said Hardberger. "And we have done that."According to Hardberger, professional baseball and football team owners are now turning their attention to the city."There's no longer any doubt that San Antonio is a city on the move," said Hardberger.
