Poteet Mayor Charged With Child Sex Crimes

SAN ANTONIO -- The mayor of Poteet was arrested and charged Tuesday with three counts of indecency with a child, Atascosa County Sheriff Tommy Williams said.The Texas Rangers arrested Lino Donato at his auto repair shop, Williams said.Donato was being held in the Atascosa County Jail in lieu of $70,000 bond.Williams said the victims, who are under the age of 17, may be Donato's relatives.
