SAN ANTONIO -

San Antonio police have charged Jesus Ramiro Rivera, 19, in the shooting death of 21-year-old Ryan Yearley.

Yearley was found dead inside a bathtub in a home in the 2000 block of Delgado Street.

Police said the shooting happened around 4 a.m., but officers weren't notified until about 3 p.m.

When investigators arrived, they found Yearley's body in a bathtub in a separate structure behind the home -- but they believe his body was moved there.

They believe he lived in the house with his girlfriend and her brother.

Investigators say all three were inside the home when the shooting occurred.

According to police, the Yearly's mother showed up at the home to look for her son because she hadn't heard from him since Wednesday night. Police believe that's when his girlfriend called 911.

Officers took Rivera into custody after a short search and he admitted shooting Yearley with a shotgun.

He has been charged with murder. His bond has been set at $100,000.
