Bexar deputies use taser on suspect

Deputies respond to domestic disturbance on Sand Bar Point

SAN ANTONIO -

Bexar County deputies were forced to use a Taser weapon to arrest a suspect at a Northwest Side home Sunday night.

Deputies were called to the 8100 block of Sand Bar Point just before 7 p.m. for a reported domestic disturbance.

Deputies said they arrived to a chaotic scene and were forced to shock a man with a Taser to take him into custody.

The suspect was taken to a hospital as a precaution. Bexar County sheriff's deputies have not said what charges if any the suspect would face.
