A man claiming to be a home security system worker has confessed to fondling a woman, an arrest affidavit stated.
According to the affidavit, the woman claims that Breckin Coffey, 21, knocked on her door to sell her a home security system.
When she refused, the woman claimed Coffey overpowered her and fondled her, the affidavit stated.
The woman told police that she screamed and told Coffey that she was going to call the cops, and that's when he got scared and ran off, the affidavit stated.
Coffey denied the incident at first but then admitted to it to police, the affidavit stated.
Coffey was charged with burglary with intent to commit sexual assault, a felony.
