SAN ANTONIO -

Two brothers accused in a Sept. 14 triple slaying have been indicted on child sex assault and child pornography charges.

Baron Ochoa, 36, was indicted on a charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child. His brother, Conrad Ochoa, 31, was indicted on 38 counts of possession of child pornography.

According to Bexar County District Attorney Susan D. Reed, the charges stem from the investigation of a triple murder that occurred Sept. 14. Police discovered three bodies in a home in the 200 block of Karen Lane on the Northeast side. The victims were identified as 41-year-old Pamela Wenske, 29-year-old Rebecca Gonzales and her 10-year-old daughter, Samvastion "Sammy" Ochoa.

According to the warrants, Sammy told forensic investigators on Aug. 11 about being sexually assaulted by both her dad, Conrad, and her uncle, Baron. During that interview, she also stated her uncle made her watch child pornography on a computer.

As part of the murder investigation,  San Antonio police searched a computer recovered from Conrad Ochoa's apartment and found video and still images that lead to the charges.

The murder investigation is ongoing.
