CPS Energy has approved a budget for the next two years that will keep your rates the same.

The board of trustees approved the budget Monday.

It keeps operating costs the same, even with expansion plans.

The 2013-2014 budget is projected at about $1 billion.

In 2015, it's $1.1 billion.

CPS says no rate increases through 2015, but a rate increase is still on the table for 2016.

CPS Energy last raised rates in February 2010.
