Cold front to drop temperatures this weekend
A cold front expected to blow in late Friday will usher in cooler temperatures and drier air over the weekend, says KSAT meteorologist Mike Osterhage.
He says to expect a pleasant weather during the day on Friday, with lots of sunshine and highs in the upper 60s.
Winds should pick up by the late afternoon as the front blows in, and clouds should increase along with it.
Saturday morning will be cold, with temperatures in the mid-30s and morning cloud cover, but the day should warm up into the low 60s.
The clouds should clear, however, allowing in a lot of sunshine.
Mike says Saturday should be a great day to get out and enjoy the afternoon -- whether on a picnic or at the rodeo.
Sunday morning will be cold, too, but Monday will be much milder, with the possibility of a sprinkle or two and highs again in the upper 60s.
