The investigation led police to DeVante Jackson, whom authorities say was an accomplice in the fatal shooting. Jackson was arrested, police said.

According to investigators, the second suspect is still at large and is believed to be a close associate of Jackson. He is described as 200 to 230 pounds with a dark complexion and a dreadlock or corn-row hairstyle. The suspect is between 5 feet 8 inches and 6 feet tall.

The Charger is believed to have chrome wheels commonly referred to as “Super Spokes” and dark tinted windows. The vehicle may also have bullet holes or a shattered back glass.

Crime Stopper said it will pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest of the second suspect.
