An unusual sight at one of downtown San Antonio's busy tourist intersection's late Saturday night when a motorcycle crashed at the entrance to the Fairmount Hotel.

The wreck happened around 11 p.m. at E. Nueva and S. Alamo.

Police say a motorcyclist was hit while trying to get around a car.

The cycle rider lost control and slid into the entrance of the historic hotel.

He was treated by EMS at the scene and is expected to be okay.
