DREAM Act-eligible students applaud new policy

Not quite the DREAM Act, but millions of young people are now breathing easier. If they were under 16 when they came to the U.S., lived here at least five years, broken no laws and are no older than 30, their deportation proceedings could be deferred and they'll be eligible for work permits.
