Dallas Cowboys to Dez Bryant: No alcohol or strip clubs, curfew enforced

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant reportedly has agreed to a strict set of rules set for him by the team.
The rules, which began Thursday, focus on personal conduct and range from a curfew to abstaining from alcohol, ESPNDallas reported citing sources.
The Cowboys' handling of the Bryant stems from a July assault charge against him for striking his biological mother. Although this was his first arrest as an adult, he has a history of run-ins with the law dating back to his days at Oklahoma State.
Bryant's conduct rules include a midnight curfew, no drinking alcohol, no attending strip clubs, twice-a-week counseling sessions and monitoring by a three-man security team.
"Oh yeah, very much willing to do anything he can to help himself and help the team," Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones told ESPNDallas.com. "He's very open-minded and cooperative. He's doing the right things by his teammates and everybody is counting on him."
Bryant has been sidelined during training camp because of a knee injury. He is expected to play in the Cowboys' season-opening game against the New York Giants on Sept. 5.
