San Antonio Police arrested David Estrada, 19, Thursday in connection with the shooting death of James Whitley, who family members said was killed during a drug deal gone bad.

Whitley was fatally shot at an apartment complex in the 3500 block of West Avenue on Monday night to sell drugs, his family said. They think he was set up.

A 15-year-old boy was arrested Monday night in the case.
