David Ramos, 53, accused of chasing, stabbing brother
Brother said he woke up to David Ramos holding knife over him
Aggravated assault charges have been filed against David Ramos, 53, in connection with the stabbing of his younger brother.
San Antonio police arrested Ramos Wednesday, four days after the Saturday attack which the victim said caught him completely by surprise.
The arrest warrant affidavit stated that Guadalupe Ramos, 36, told officers he woke up to find his brother standing over him with a knife and screaming that he was going to kill him.
Guadalupe Ramos said his brother then chased him around their complex, tackled him and began stabbing him repeatedly in the chest, the affidavit stated.
The victim said the attack finally ended when a neighbor, alerted by the commotion, came outside and kicked David Ramos off of his brother, the affidavit stated.
David Ramos ran away, but police caught up with him Wednesday and arrested him.
