Death of prostitute's boyfriend's draws life term
San Antonio pimp sentenced to life terms for killing prostitute's boyfriend
A man already convicted of pimping a 15-year-old runway has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the death of her boyfriend at a San Antonio motel.
The San Antonio Express-News reports a Bexar County jury had sentenced 21-year-old Kwaku Agyin to seven consecutive life sentences for murder and multiple counts of child sex trafficking, compelling prostitution and aggravated sexual assault of a child.
However, state District Judge Lori Valenzuela reduced the sentences on the non-murder counts to four 25-year terms and three 20-year terms. All but two of the sentences will be served concurrently. The life sentence for murdering 35-year-old Marcus Anderson remains intact.
