Driver claims to 'black out' before crash on Wurzbach Road at Vance Jackson Road

San Antonio police: Driver not intoxicated, not seriously injured

SAN ANTONIO -

A driver claims he blacked out right before he crashed into a brushy area on Wurzbach Road and Vance Jackson Road early Thursday morning.

San Antonio police say the 35-year-old driver was headed westbound on Wurzbach when he veered to the left, jumped a curb and crashed.

The driver told police he did not remember anything about the accident and officers said he was not intoxicated.

Paramedics treated the driver at the scene and said he did not suffer any major injuries.
