SAN ANTONIO -

A man was ejected and later died at the hospital when he rolled his truck in southern Bexar County late Thursday night.

Paramedics responded to the single vehicle rollover around 11:30 p.m. Thursday in the northbound lanes of Interstate 37 near Southton Road.

Bexar County sheriff's deputies said the driver apparently fell asleep at the wheel and lost control of the truck.

He was flown to the hospital, but pronounced dead a short time later. His name has not been released.
