Police say a man that hit a parked pickup truck was paying attention to his cell phone. It happened Friday night in the 1300 block of Fulton. Police say the man was driving westbound on Fulton and hit a pickup truck. The driver admitted to police that he messing with his cell phone at the time. The driver’s girlfriend was in the truck, she had minor injuries and was taken to the hospital. Police gave the driver a citation.
