Slick roads blamed in death of Richard Pezina, 33

The driver of the Waste Management truck who died early Monday has been identified.
Richard Pezina, 33, when his truck rolled over on Loop 410.
Police said Pezina lost control of the garbage truck on Loop 410 near West Military, overcorrected and went off an embankment.
The truck rolled several times.
Pezina was thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say slick roads were to blame for the crash.
