The weather's getting warmer, and as Memorial Day approaches, many of us will be headed to the river to cool off.
New Braunfels has tightened rules on the rivers in recent years, and people seem to complain a lot about it.
But the truth is: they're just trying to keep it a pleasant experience for everybody.
New rules include no littering, loud music or disposable containers. They're about keeping people safe and the river clean. What's so wrong about that?
