The house is just a block away from a city fire station, but that wasn't much good as a fast-moving early morning fire torched a northwest side home.

The fire started around 4 a.m. Sunday morning in the 7300 block of Rocky Cedar.

The fire response was fast, but the fire was faster doing an estimated $120,000 damage to the home before fire crews could get the flames out.

Fire investigators are still trying to determine what caused that fire.
