Fire torched a westside house house early Sunday, and arson investigators say it was no accident.
Fire crews responded to the 700 block of Montezuma just before 4:30 a.m.
When they arrived they say the house was burning.
Firefighters worked for about 45 minutes to put that fire out.
When they did arson investigators moved in and located a match at an outside wall.
They say that appears to be the origin of the fire.
The house was vacant.
Firefighters estimate damages at more than $27,000.
