SAN ANTONIO -

Cold temperatures are expected to stay in the San Antonio area Wednesday into Thursday morning after a snowstorm ushered in a blast of frigid air over South Texas on Tuesday afternoon.

KSAT Meteorologist John Honore says temperatures Wednesday night will dip down to the low 30s and South Texas is expected to wake up to temps in the 20s Thursday morning.

Another system is threatening to bring in some light rain on Friday but the next good chance for significant rain will be Monday and Tuesday.
