When it comes to sparkling wines, turns out there's reason to celebrate.
Consumer Reports tested 11 sparkling wines and found affordable ones to recommend.
After swirling, sniffing and sniffing, tested recommended Blanc de Noirs from Gloria Ferrer, a California vintner.
It costs $16.
For $14, Gruet Blanc de Noirs from New Mexico rated even higher.
