Converse police: Tiffany Kiser used client's checking account to pay TV, car bill
A loan officer identified as 42-year-old Tiffany Kiser is accused of stealing from a client, a Converse man.
An arrest affidavit stated that the man contacted Converse police in February after he noticed some authorized charges made to his checking account. Later, he also noticed charges made to his credit card, the affidavit stated.
Converse police said they began investigating and found out that Tiffany Kiser had made the charges.
Converse police said she used the man's checking account to pay her satellite TV bill, and used his credit card to pay a car note, the affidavit stated.
The man told Converse detectives Kiser was a loan officer at a mortgage company where he went to get a loan to buy a house.
He said he gave all of his personal information to her when he applied for the loan, the affidavit stated.
Kiser was arrested Monday on charges of credit card abuse and fraudulent use of identifying information, Converse police said.
