NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas -

Detectives with the New Braunfels Police Department said they have charged a man for murder in connection to a 27-year-old woman found dead inside her home.

Authorities brought a murder charge against 27-year-old Nathaniel “Nate” Fox. Detectives said he is the boyfriend of Melissa Eason, who was discovered dead by New Braunfels police Tuesday in her home on E. Merriweather.

Neighbors said Eason lived in the home with Fox.

Fox has not been arrested and law enforcement officers are currently on the look out for him, according to authorities. At this time, detectives said this murder case is still under investigation.

Comal County Crime Stoppers said they are currently offer up to a $10,000 cash reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of Fox. Anyone with information may call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 830-620-TIPS (8477).
