A 20-year-old man died Sunday afternoon after he slammed his motorcycle into a rail.
It happened around 3 p.m. on the access road to Interstate 35 at the exit to Highway 16.
The Bexar County Medical Examiner identified the rider as 20-year-old Oscar Costilla Cobos.
Police said Cobos was speeding when he took the exit to Highway 16 from Interstate 35.
Police said a car turned on to the access road and Cobos couldn't stop the motorcycle.
He skidded and crashed into a rail at a car dealership. He was killed instantly. No one else was injured.
