SAN ANTONIO -

San Antonio police said man walked into a bank on the far north side and walked out with a briefcase full of cash in the city's latest bank robbery.

Police said the robbery occurred around 9:30 a.m. on Monday at the Broadway Bank on Highway 281 near Evans Road.

Police said a man in his mid-40s walked in with a briefcase and handed it to a teller.

Inside the case was a note telling the clerk to hand over cash.

The teller did and the man took off in a mid to early 2000s white Ford F-150 pickup truck.

A description of the suspect was provided by San Antonio police:

  • White male
  • Mid-to-late 40s
  • 6 feet 1" inch tall
  • 200 lbs.
  • Fair complexion
  • Salt/pepper facial hair with a few days growth
  • Aviator style sunglasses with black lenses & metal frames

Vehicle description:

  • Early 2000s model F-150
  • White single-cab
  • No tint, no stickers
  • Damage to right front bumper
  • License plate - believed to be Texas
