Memorial service set for Churchill grad
William Patterson found in burning car on Thursday outside Waco
A memorial service is set for Monday for Baylor University freshman and Churchill High School graduate William Patterson, 18.
Patterson's body was found Thursday in the back seat of his burned car outside Waco in a remote part of McLennan County. McLennan County authorities are still investigating Patterson's death.
The sheriff's office said nothing has been officially ruled out though family friends have reportedly said foul play is not suspected in Patterson's death.
His body was sent to Dallas for an autopsy and positive identification.
William Patterson's visitation will be held at 1 p.m. Monday and his memorial service will follow at 2 p.m. at Woodland Baptist Church at 15315 Huebner Road.
