Memorial set for victim in 1604 fatality
Police say erratic driver hit, killed Cornerstone Church worker
Stopped at an intersection and headed home from work, and an instant later 25 year-old Patrick Krueger was dead.
Police say a speeding, weaving driver hit Krueger's truck at 1604 and Bitters Thursday afternoon.
The impact sent the truck across the intersection and off the overpass.
The truck landed upside down killing Krueger instantly.
His family was still too upset to talk about the Cornerstone Church worker's death.
He'd just left the church and was headed home.
Police say 36 year-old Christopher Gullette sped toward the intersection, plowed through traffic signs and slammed into Krueger.
Investigators are now trying to determine why Gullette drove out on control and into Krueger's truck.
They say he was not drunk.
Krueger's family has planned a memorial service for 2 o'clock Monday afternoon at Cornerstone church.
