SAN ANTONIO -

Moldy sausage at one place and rodent droppings at another. Demerits like this led health inspectors to flunk two San Antonio businesses.

Stanley's Ice Station on East Commerce was recently given 37 by Metro Health. Here's some of what the inspector found.

The owner tells KSAT-12's Behind the Kitchen Door someone had turned the hot water heater off and the dorm-style fridge has been replaced. He said all issues have been resolved.

Mi Guadalajara on Culebra failed their latest inspection with 36 demerits. Their trouble spots included:

They were asked to correct their problems by Dec. 1, but Metro Health did not schedule a follow-up inspection for Mi Guadalajara.
