Motorcyclist killed in high-speed crash in north San Antonio
Motorcyclist slammed into car on Thousand Oaks
A motorcyclist reportedly traveling at 100 miles per hour died after he struck a car in north San Antonio late Sunday night.
Witnesses reported seeing the motorcyclist traveling at a high rate of speed just before 10 p.m. in the 2600 block of Thousand Oaks.
Police said the motorcyclist went around a curve too fast and struck the car head-on.
The motorcyclist was ejected and slid across the road while the bike continued for another 1,000 feet, police said.
Police said the motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet. His name or age have not been released.
The driver of the car was not injured and not expected to face charges, San Antonio police said.
