There are new charges against a man already accused of sexually assaulting a 5-year-old girl.

David Loven, 58, has now been charged with improper photography. Loven was previously charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and sexual performance by a child under 14 in connection with the case involving the 5-year-old girl. 

Police arrested Loven on Jan. 13 after the girl told her mother he had touched her inappropriately and taken pictures of her nude body parts, as well as some in which he made her pose provocatively.

Police said they seized pictures from Loven's home and discovered images of other children.

That led detectives to believe there may be more victims. Loven's bond has now been set at $2 million.
