Woman rushed to University after being shot in the leg

SAN ANTONIO -

A 19-year old woman was rushed to the hospital after she was shot in the leg on the Southside of town. 

It happened early Saturday morning about 1:30 at Somerset Road and Fitch Avenue. 

Police say the woman had been at a party but left with a few other people after a fight broke out. 

Police say two people followed the group and fired five shots at them then took off.

The victim was shot once in the leg and taken to University Hospital.

Police say they're now looking for the shooters.
