A suspect in a food mart robbery struck two more stores Friday night, all wearing a surgical mask.
Police are looking for the man they say robbed those two convenient stores, and they think the pattern is familiar.
Friday's first robbery happened just after 9 p.m. on the southside.
According to police, the man walked into the Circle AZ store on S. Presa, showed a gun and demanded cash.
He also tried to steal a gold chain from another clerk, but the clerk refused to give it to him.
When the suspect left, he fired a shot into the store.
No one was injured.
Police say he got away with $400.
Minutes later, police say the same man walked into the Stop food mart in the 600 block of Labor.
The man again showed a gun and demanded cash.
Police say he then ran off with an undisclosed amount of money.
In both crimes the robber wore a surgical mask over his face.
And police say he appears to be the same man that robbed the Trinity food mart on April 15th.
He is described as wearing a gray long sleeve jacket with stripes on the sleeves and khaki pants.
He also wore a red cap with "Budweiser" printed on it, and that surgical mask on his face.
