SAN ANTONIO -

Police are still looking for a suspect that is wanted in the beating death of a man in December

Nicholas Paul Saldana, 22, who goes by the nickname "Static," is wanted for his involvement in the Dec. 5 slaying of Jose Luis Medrano. 

Saldana and 25-year-old David Lee Garcia are accused of beating Medrano and his son with a baseball ball.  Medrano died in the incident. 

According to police, Saldana is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
