Report: 2 killed in NE side shooting

SAN ANTONIO -

A man has been arrested after two people were fatally injured in a shooting on the city's Northeast side.

San Antonio police scanner traffic indicates the shooting occurred just before 6 p.m. on Wednesday in the 15200 block of Spring Mist.

Police caught up with the suspect about 90 minutes after the shooting at Nacogdoches and O'Connor roads.

KSAT sent a crew to the scene and will have more information as it becomes available.
