Authorities are asking for the public's help in locating a known fugitive.

Elmer Gene Charping, 33, has a felony warrant for violation of sex offender registration, authorities said.

Charping is thought to be in the San Antonio area working as a tattoo artist’s apprentice.

Crime Stoppers will pay up to $300 for information which leads to the arrest of the suspect.
